A Six Month Mentoring Experience with Paul Scanlon

Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be isolating.
Many leaders spend their days helping others navigate complexity, make decisions and lead through change, while having very few spaces to process their own challenges and opportunities.
The Leadership Cohort is a private six-month mentoring experience designed for a small group of leaders who want to grow their leadership, strengthen their influence and gain perspective from over four decades of experience.
Led personally by Paul Scanlon alongside host Josh Finley this cohort will bring together a maximum of eight leaders for meaningful conversations, practical leadership insights and direct access to Paul’s experience working with organisations and leaders across business, hospitality, technology, retail & NGO's.

 Why This Cohort?Â
The greatest challenges leaders face are rarely solved by more information.
They are often solved through perspective, conversation, wisdom and access to trusted voices.
This cohort is designed to create space for exactly that.
Over six months, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with Paul and a small group of fellow leaders who are navigating similar opportunities, challenges and responsibilities.
This is not a course. It is not a programme filled with generic content.
It is a curated mentoring experience built around real leadership conversations.

 What To ExpectÂ
Running from November 2026 - April 2027, the cohort will gather every two weeks for a private one-hour online session - most likely on Mondays.
Drawing on more than 45 years of leadership experience and recent work with organisations including Meta, Four Seasons, Steve Madden, HelloFresh, Compassion International, and others.
Paul will facilitate conversations designed to help leaders navigate real-world challenges with greater clarity, influence and effectiveness.
Topics will be shaped around the needs of the group, may include:

In Person Leadership Intensive: New York City
The experience begins with an in-person Leadership Intensive in New York City on Monday 16 November 2026 from 10am - 3pm.Â
This exclusive gathering will provide an opportunity to connect with the cohort, engage with Paul’s teaching in person and establish the foundation for the six months.
The day will include:

- Interactive discussion and Q&A
- Cohort connection and networking
- Accommodation 15th November inc. Breakfast & LunchÂ
The Leadership Intensive is available exclusively to cohort participants.
