Don’t die with regrets they will age you before your time. And in case you wonder what they might be here’s a list of the top 5 regrets of the dying as told to Doctors, nurses and family who cared for them. I want to list them and then say something to you about each of them from my own life’s journey.
The 5 top regrets of the dying are
1: I wish I’d worked less.
2: I wish I’d stayed in touch with friends.
3: I wish I’d been happier.
4: I wish I’d had the courage to be me.
5: I wish I’d gone for my dreams. instead of other people’s plans for my life.
I want to encourage you to never stop learning so here’s five component parts to learning because I don’t want you ever to mistake having heard it or being there for learning

My mother in law who passed away some years ago and who I adored, was a five foot nothing wee Scottish lady called Elizabeth Macintosh Mcinnes.
We called her Betty for short and she epitomised not ageing well mentally and I want to use her hilarious resistance to technology as an example and metaphor for all of us.

The world is changing neurologically, literally humans are being born with different brains to previous generations and to age well we need to understand and embrace that science.
