People are the best idea God ever had! 

I never set out to build a big organization, but I did set out to build big people. I’ve noticed that big people live bigger, more confident lives.

Big people have bigger social circles and take bigger risks.

Big people think big and believe for bigger things than small-minded people.

Big people are generous, less selfish and are generally happier.

People are the greatest resource of any organization and yet they are often the least invested in.

Life is lived from the inside out, not the outside in. So if we build people on the inside, then they will build things on the outside that reflect that inner quality and strength.

Everything begins inside people!
